NSIS: 2.38 released

NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) is a professional open-source tool for the development of Windows installers. It is designed to be as small and flexible as possible and is therefore highly suitable for internet distribution.

This release, NSIS 2.38 fixes a bug that caused stack pollution for nsDialogs users and the usual collection of bug fixes and minor improvements. nsDialogs users are urged to upgrade.

This release was delayed a bit, but only for good reasons. The next release should be on schedule.
