NSIS 2.24 released

NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) is a professional open-source tool for the development of Windows installers. It is designed to be as small and flexible as possible and is therefore highly suitable for internet distribution.

This release, NSIS 2.24, adds more useful predefines, allows easier usage for non-admins, resolves some longstanding issues and includes the usual collection of new features, bug fixes, improvements and translation updates.
