Category: Scripting Group: 2.0 Series Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: GetFullPathName does not process dir "." properly Initial Comment: (NSIS 2.11) I use (abuse?) GetFullPathName a lot to make absolute paths from relative ones e.g.: 'GetFullPathName $0 "$INSTDIR\.."' This works properly. Unfortunately it can not be used to make c:\a\b from c:\a\.\b which in my opinion it should because . means current directory. I regard this as a bug because if ".." is supported "." should be as well Regards, Erik Janssen, eja...@op... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373085&aid=1365684&group_id=22049 |
