#546 Update LZMA SDK to version 18.05

Hi, 7zip was updated to version 18.05 together with its sdk https://www.7-zip.org/sdk.html

There are improvements to compression/decompression of files amongs other fixes.

    is this also the reason why it is so much slower to decompres?

    if i have the generated installer a zip of that same content or a 7zip of that same content
    and i use 7zip for extracting the zip or the 7zip file:

    33s 7zip (as 7zip)
    35s 7zip (as zip)
    1m42s installer

    thats a huge difference...

    The current SDK version is 19. Is there a reason why NSIS is not updating to the latest SDK? I mean technical reasons or just no time for that? I'm not familiar with the NSIS code base but would like to give it a try by myself.

    Is the copy of the LZMA SDK in NSIS identical to the upstream one or has it been modified for NSIS?
