#862 New pluginapi.lib depends on libc.lib

The pluginapi.lib file shipped with NSIS v2.42 requests libc.lib. This makes it impossible to compile any NSIS plugins with VS 2008.

VS gives the following error message:

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'LIBC.lib'
