Create folder operation in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese displays redundant double quotes.
Comparing this line of the Chinese-English language file, I can't see any problems.

Randomly tested several other languages, all without the extra ""

Upon careful comparison, the problem was found:
There is an extra space after this line, and the problem is solved by deleting it.
