Installer errrors out on large zip files of many gigabytes. I tried it on a 80GB zip and got an error.

NSIS installers are currently limited to 2 GiB (after compression). Windows is limited to 4 GiB, you will never be able to create a working .exe file larger than this.

Try https://sourceforge.net/projects/nsisbi/ if you need really large NSIS installers.
