#1057 Installer breaks on Windows 8 with ASLR

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Windows 8
2. Enable ASLR either through the registry or EMET.
3. Launch an installer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the installer to start. Instead it immediately fails. See:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure of version. Maybe latest? This is on Windows 8.

Sounds to me like it's a problem with the issproc.dll plug-in, but I've never heard of it before. Got any details on it?

NSIS installers definitely don't have this problem in general; no Fiddler user has ever hit this and I run with EMET.
