[nsip-devel] New project website up

Hello all,

I have just finished posting a new website for project information. The
content is pretty minimal right now and I'm still having small issues with
the news in the sidebar, but it should suffice for a short while. I plan on
updating it with more development information within the next couple of
weeks.
