#2 Support snapping on multi-screen displays

Currently, only the primary screen is recognized for the purposes of snapping. This is a limitation in the Y!WE in that it cannot detect screen metrics for multiple screens, but it could be handled by creating a preference that allows users to specify number and configuration of screens.
