#10 Bad counter name in counters.def for windows 2k3 french

The counter name for "MemoryCommitByte" in 2k3 french is "\Mémoire\Octets validés" and not "dédiés".

I double checked all the machines I had ; the names are :

- NT4 : ?
- W2K : "\Mémoire\Octets dédiés"
- WXP : "\Mémoire\Octets dédiés"
- W2K3 : "\Mémoire\Octets validés"
- W2K3R2 : ?

It seems there is no way actually to configure this in the .defs file...
