#5 Summing averaging not always correct

It appears that if a 2d spectrum is in summing or in
sampling mode, and reduction is not needed due to
screen resolution or low channel count, adjacent
channels are still summed or averaged... causing
channels to appear to overlap.

    Fixed by locating errors in the summing/averaging samplers. This problem could also lead to
    core dumps when displaying some types of 2-d spectra located towards the end of the Xamine shared
    memory.
