If it is a product with the characteristics of Longtion Application Builder or Kexi, it was very interesting. Power to create android applications was excellent :)

Currently I am missing a standard search mechanism which aids in locating a certain record (e.g. query-by-example or some kind of search button within the navigator widget which opens a list-of-values window with filtering possibilities).
As even the demo projects seem not to provide such a facility I strongly suppose that it's not yet available.
Have I overlooked something?

What I meant was some way to locate a specific record within a table (i. e. make it the selected one) via some lookup mechanism.
Currently we have controls for locating first, last, previous and next record; what I am looking for is one that allows locating a certain record quickly. Imagine you wish to edit the data of one of several thousand customers - using the "factures" example you would have to navigate there step by step using the "next" button, wouldn't you?
Looking at nuBuilder, for example, there is a concept of so-called "browse lists".

Back to the subject:
Understood as far as the table view is concerned (like the above image).
But what if you are running an application defined form, e. g. the "Client" one in your "factures" example? Up to now, I have not managed to find something similar there.

I don't know if on the same thread yet.
If you want a filter on the "client", you just have to add a datagrid on the left for example, without specifying the "datasource"
Datagrid and form data will be synchronous (magic)
Hi surfvite, not sure if it is essential, or a my screen settings/monitor, please see attached screenshot, I'm unable to access parts of a form in run mode, as it is below the visible part of the work area. - Is it possible to add a scroll bar at the side of the work area? Thank you.
Good evening,
In the next version of NSBase there will be scroll bars
In the meantime, to save space, you can minimize the toolbar with the top left button next to the 2 quick buttons (edit, save) or / and close the LUA console or / and hide the toolbar. states and / or put nsbase in full screen.
In a stand-alone application, there should be no problem

I had put this item aside, my answer
1) This already exists, in the form editor, at the element tree level; there is a "Fields" tab with all the available fields, You double click on one of the fields, and you can create at your convenience label + edit in a panel or not
2) and 3) one day ....
4) You can access these properties by code,

Would it be possible to add ConditionalFormatting to the DateTimePicker? Unless I'm missing something in the properties, which would allow the same conditional formatting as DBGrid.
Maybe to TextEdit, MaskEdit and ComboBox too?

For you, what are the essential evolutions of NSBase to develop?

Merci

there is this function which is also instantiated by an LUA API
sorry for my ambiguity...

there are filters at the top of the column

Filters even work in application forms. they are still active, you can try

I agree with Freen. that is a must have. and I would suggest to add a link to the download page on the new version popup.
