#4 UI problem in Unix Netscape

Using Netscape Navigator under Unix, trying to set the parent host in "edit_host.cgi" with a lot of hosts creates a popup list where the second "more" pull-right item is pushed off the bottom of the screen.

This appears to be due to the empty item at the top of the first column; the second column has the same number of members, but since none of them is as short as the empty item in the first column, the final entry (the pull-right "more" item) is inaccessible, off the bottom of the screen.
