#7 net stop NRPE_NT crashes sometimes

To produce the problem, I repeat the sequence
net start NRPE_NT
net stop NRPE_NT

NRPE_NT fails with the the following message:
Faulting application NRPE_NT.exe, version 0.8.0.2, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
