I have a problem with batch download and when TV series have the same title (but is actually different episode):

E.g:
http://tv.nrk.no/serie/lesekorpset/msus49000110/22-08-2011
http://tv.nrk.no/serie/lesekorpset/msus49000210/22-08-2011

It would be a nice feature if we could add output file names behind the urls in the batch file too. This would solve this problem.

Nice examples. This is also an issue for other "series" like the hourly news broadcasts which all have the same title during a day. I'll have this sorted out for the next release.
