I installed nquake yesterday on windows xp and I'm having a problem with the grenade model.
If I fire it straight up in the air, the model doesn't seem hit the ground, but will appear to bounce off an invisible platform about 2 feet off the ground.
Also, when I fire the grenade launcher, the explosion never comes from where the model appears to stop, which is usually a couple of feet short.
It's like the grenade model and grenade itself are two seperate entities that take different routes once I shoot, so I can't tell where the explosion will be, which makes grenade jumps impossible.
As far as I know, it's just a clean nquake installation with the default configs removed. Is it something I did or is this an inherent nquake bug?
It seems to have disappeared with a second reinstall. Never mind.
