Having a problem starting the new build.

emacs-21.3.50.1-20050130-w32 $ bin/emacs.exe
Cannot open load file: code-pages
emacs-21.3.50.1-20050130-w32 $ ls lisp/international/code-pages.elc
lisp/international/code-pages.elc

The old build works fine.

Almost certainly this is something stoopid on my part, for some reason it's not obvious right now.

Any help appreciated.
