Version 0.8 is a major release of the Web Hydrology Objects, containing
a number of feature enhancements, as well as a pre-configured example
data set. =20

contains an install script and instructions.  It has been successfully
installed on Linux, WindowsXP (with the GNU shell system installed,
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/ `, necessary only to run the install
script ), and MacOS 10.4 systems that have the PostGIS/PostgreSQL
database, PHP 5.0+, and UMN Mapserver.  If anyone is interested in
installing and testing this system, I would be glad to assist you, just
