[Nprof-developers] NProf 0.10 released

I've finally put out the new release I've been working on.

The release includes some fundamental changes:
- sampling profiler
- detailed caller/callee trees
- simplified GUI

I hope that you will find it useful, and I'm looking forward to get your 
opinions, bug reports, and feature suggestions.
