#9 BadImageFormat exception when run on Vista x64

Exception at startup when running on Vista Ultimate x64. Probably caused by incompatible targets, e g "Any CPU" and "Win32" which causes CLR to run in 64 bit mode which tries to call 32 bit DLL. Will try to recompile w/ different settings.
