#7 Trouble with Notepad++ Portable

I installed both R-Portable and Notepad++ Portable. When trying to install NppToR, specifiaclly during step "3. Run NppToR.exe" (as described in the "Install.txt" file), I get an error with title "NppToR.exe" and some description saying that "Failed attempt to launch program" and further down it says "The system cannot find the file specified Line # 048: Run, %nppexe%"
Am I doing something wrong or?
By the way, step 2 "2. Update npptor.ini" was not really completed, as there is no "npptor.ini" file, I just updated the links in "iniparameters.txt" file

Portable apps are not exactly installed as they are unpacked.
