if it is not already in save as admin, please have it ask the user if they want to save a particular file as admin before doing so. a checkbox should be in the dialog to allow the user to not see the dialog again.
if it's a readonly file, sometimes I want to make sure I don't clobber it or accidentally save.

I will try to renew this plugin. Unfortunately notepad++ don't allow to create flexible plugin because of it's policy. I have to move some commands to "Plugins->Save as admin" submenu. I'll take note about your wishes. Sorry, but i don't have a lot of free time now, so you can wait long time for such feature.
