I also confirm this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed because at the moment it would be otherwise impossible to use both NppMenuSearch and Exporer plugins at the same time.

I can confirm this issue. I saw it for the first time after I've installed NppMenuSearch. The file "Favorites.dat" is part of the Explorer plugin and holds data concerning the user configurable favorites list of this plugin. Thus it is really annoying that the file looses its content because the favorites list is a very useful feature.
