#3 Add menus for several feature

It will be helpful if menus are added for following.

• Find string in NppGTAGS panel
• Fold all / Unfold all in NppGTAGS panel

There are no guide of shortcut for above now, thus it's very hard to find that NppGTAGS already supports these.
For example, I looked for the how to fold all / fold all in NppGTAGS panel, and found that user can do it by clicking left upper corner on black area in left side of NppGTAG panel. but it's really hard to find it by himself.

The functionality you mention is described in the README.md help file.

If I understand you correctly you are proposing to add another NppGTags menu command for the above functions is that correct?

It may be helpful if URL to the document is written on top of NppGTAGS web page and about dialog.

I think it's helpful to find NppGTAGS features described in documents if menus are added.
