#8 Specify encryption cipher in sftp?

My sshd server requires the blowfish encryption cipher be prioritized over other cihpers for authentication. Is there a way to configure NppFTP to prefer blowfish? (i.e. in Putty this is achieved by rearranging the cipher list in the SSH options.)
