#27 Conflict management

Hi !

Thanks for this great plugin. Could you add a conflict management feature?
I work with developers who edit files directly on the Linux side via Vi. If several users edit the same file with Vi, vi check if the file have changed before saving it and if true, throw an alert.

Woul be very nice to have the same feature.
