#22 profile name in "global cache"

I am wondering if there are additional variables for the global cache of NPPFTP such as %USERNAME%. Is there an equivalent for the name of the current profile such as: %profilename% ?

Nope, just username and profile, you have to resort to the per profile settings if you need something more
