#18 The files are displayed as directory through SFTP

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Issue 1 : When I connect with SFTP: The files are displayed as if they are directories, and they are not opened in the Notepad++.
Issue 2 : When I connect with FTP, the file and directory names are not even visible.
I tried this with 2 latest versions of NPPplugin. The behaviour is same.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate Edition and Notepad++ 5.9.2. I connect to Core-FTP server.

    They might be symlinks. Try holding shift and rightclick. If possible, try the "Change type to file" option. Otherwise, I dont know what's going on.

    Well, they are not symlinks.. Any other suggestions?

    Was a resolution or workaround ever found for this? I am having the exact same problem on a certain host. The host is fine if I use other SFTP clients (FileZilla).
