#87 Warning if files on FTP server are modified

Hi. I very usefull feature would be displaying a warning when saving edited files on FTP if they were modiffied since last download from server.

Sometimes a file may be edited by 2 or more people directly on FTP. And someone from them would rewrite the code of the other. So a warning will be nice to see.

    actually it for me too
    for example check file's updates when tab active or every 60 sec
