#86 Use default EOL and encoding on new files.

When I create a new file on the FTP, by right clicking a folder and selecting "Create new file", the new file I create doesn't respect the "New Document" settings I'm using in my normal notepad++ settings.

Is it possible to make those new files use the same standard settings as normal new files.
