#84 Take Advantage Of Notepad++ Session Support

This request mirrors those of [feature-requests:#30], [feature-requests:#38], [feature-requests:#49], and [feature-requests:#51], but the approach is slightly cleaner and more in keeping with existing functionality of the editor itself. Specifically, Notepad++ supports a session management mechanism, which is vastly improved in the latest releases. It should be possible to hook into that mechanism and add plugin state data, such as which profile is currently connected via NppFTP. If so, the plugin could then read that state data on startup and auto-connect to that profile.

Some aspects of the other requests listed above would also be nice, such as automatic download/reload of the latest remote versions of open files, but I prefer to let those feature requests cover those features.

Perhaps if I can find the time, I'll tackle this myself. :)
