#66 Add Pageant support

NppFTP allows private key authentication, but the passphrase needs to be entered (and stored!) to make it work.

Adding support for a "Key agent" like PuTTY's Pageant would improve the security of the private key, while maintaining ease-of-use. (FileZilla does the same)

Pageant support is a must for this plugin to be much more useful and secure!

This would be an awfully cool/practical feature.
