#16 Check remote file to see if it has changed

Great plugin!

It would be nice if it could check the uploaded file on the server and see if it is different (file size change, newer modified date, actual file diff) before uploading. Ideally and optionally, it could then show you the differences in your favorite diff program (e.g. diff, winmerge, meld, etc.)
