#62 Save does not work if disconnected

This is with NppFtp 0.2.4 on Notepad++ 6.5.1

Steps to reproduce:
1) Setup a FTP connection profile
2) Open a file from that FTP
3) Close Notepad++
4) Reopen Notepad++. It should reload the file from its cache
5) Modify the file and save it

Result:
The modified file is not reuploaded to the server. No error message is displayed though.

Workaround:
Manually reconnect to the server, perform a minor change to the file so Notepad++ lets you save it again, and save it.
