#61 Access Violation accessing HP NonStop Server

This is actually on the shipped 0.24 Unicode.

When attempting to connect to an HP NonStop in Guardian mode, NppFTP fails with an access violation.

Please note that this may be a dup of #47. Based on this report and on #47, I suspect that NppFTP is assuming Unix Style directories on the server.
