#9 Enabling downloads for users banned by SourceForge

Hi,

Recently SourceForge changed its download policies, and by default download links are disabled for Iranian and users from some other countries

except if the project leader enables this option in project settings.

Please enable this option in your project by going to Develop -> Project Admin -> Project Settings -> Export Control
