#31 Plugin Exception after notepad++ update

After updating to Notepad++ v7.9 (64-bit)
Build time : Sep 22 2020 - 03:19:04
I get error message right after starting notepad++:
An exception occured due to plugin: HexEditor.dll
Exception reason: Access violation

My installation:
OS Name : Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
OS Version : 2004
OS Build : 19041.508
Current ANSI codepage : 1252
Plugins : DSpellCheck.dll HexEditor.dll mimeTools.dll NppConverter.dll NppExport.dll

Please check compatibility.

Sorry, didn't check the extension update feature.
Error has been fixed with plgin verion 0.9.8.
