Removed the dll and readme of XML-Tools External libs.

I published the new spell check plugin for Notepad++ to find your typos ;). This plugin is based on GNU Aspell.
Code specific spell checking (spell check only comments) currently not implemented, but planed.

Watch out Vitaliy's nice dockable console plugin. This plugin enables you to start your own scripts and works perfect with Notepad++ together. Standard Notepad++ macros to get e.g. file names are supported.
