#69 Add plain HTML export to NppExport

First of all, thank you very much for the wonderful tool you all have developed.

This is a formal request to request for additional features in the NppExport tool, to allow export to plain HTML (without CSS).

The motto of this is the fact that many interfaces, such as blogs, email clients, forums, etc., do not accept embedding HTML and CSS (anything inside [header] tags), and in case of Google products (Gmail, Sites, Pages), CSS are not allowed either.

So, meanwhile, we need to find other scripts to convert CSS to plan HTML to add highlighted HTML to our pages (oops, converting from CSS to HTML seems like crazy idea, but on those exceptions, I would say that it is worth to do it).

I am sure we will much more people migrating to NotePad++ after such improvement (Google users, for instance).
