#152 Compare plugin: Non line

I would like to ask for a feature in the Compare plugin, to add the concept of missing line, because after comparing two files and one has an extra line, it adds a newline in the other file (sure its pink with a minus symbol), so after closing the plugin the newline is there. I wish that the newline disappeared after closing the plugin dockable window.
