Hi Jens,
Your plugin ver 1.3.3 allows use Win Aspell ver. 0.50.3 (last build of installer), but I have seen that these programs use Win Aspell 0.60.x:
- UltraEdit http://www.ultraedit.com/support/tutorials_power_tips/ultraedit/spell_check.html
- LyX http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/Windows
the only difference is that these programs manage the Aspell program (Aspell6.dll) directly, whitout use and external plugin.
Actually Your plugin Spell-Checker is looking for the program "Aspell-15.dll", so I ask You:

Do You can rebuild Your plugin that look for the Windows program Aspell6.dll?

About Aspell for Windows
since the year 2008 the command-line of Aspell (Aspell.exe) will not developed (it work only on Windows 98 - ME) and the library "pspell.dll" actually is missing (this library is build inside Aspell6.dll).
The Windows installer of Aspell is not maintened but You can find library (Aspell6.dll) and dictionaries at:

- LyX ftp repository: ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/contrib/aspell6-windows/
or You can browse the installation folder of UltraEdit:
GNU\Aspell\bin or \dict or \data and so on …
(the release of .dll and dictionaries is 0.60.3)
If You install UltraEdit You can see how Aspell6.dll work: there is non difference with Aspell 0.50.3.3.
