#356 New admin in this project?

Dear @jenslorenz,

Can you add a new "Admin" in this Sourceforge project?
You are the only one and "Developer" has not all options.

For example, I propose you to add @donho, the Notepad++ creator.

We have no sign of life from you since a very long time.
A lot of plugins are not updated...

So this SF project is limited.
