#326 Plugin Manager Vanishing Act

I opened Notepad++ and it prompted me to update. I followed through and after it restarted I went to check the plugins through the plugin manager.

Notepad++ now only has two plugins and no plugin manager.

Admin mode : OFF
Local Conf mode : OFF
OS : Windows 10 (64-bit)
Plugins : mimeTools.dll NppConverter.dll

How can I add it back in?
