#325 Changes not saved after initial save

Creating a new file and saving new content on a Windows Share (not tested on local file) results in subsequent changes not being saved. Have to select all - copy and reload from disk and paste again

Steps to reproduce
1. Create a new empty file
2. Put in some code (content)
3. Save file
4. Make more changes
5. Save file (not saved to disk) <-- problem

Please let me know what else I need to provide
