You may seen that notepad++ has this great feature to install plugins per user. We are installing notepad++ via MSI deployment and our users cannot write to Notepad++ installation folder for security reasons.
If I install "XML Tools" the installation fails as it does not copy the files to the user plugins directory and tries to install to program files notepad++ folder where the user has no permissions to install the DLLs. After the install failed - XML tools crashes notepad++ because of the missing DLLs. It's causing a lot of troubles here.
Can you make sure that the DLLs are properly installed to %AppData%\Notepad++\plugins folder, please?
