New PNG Quantization software is born

While web browsers are more and more standard compliant, it's still required to support legacy browser like IE5 and later. Currently, a web developer must choose between pretty graphics with alpha transparency and cross browser compatibility.
This software create alpha transparent PNG that are supported WITHOUT hacks like JS/Flash in IE5 and later. As a bonus, the generated files are way smaller than their source, saving bandwidth when downloaded. The software gives the same results as Adobe Fireworks(R) PNG8 export, but is free.
