NPlot 0.9.10.0 released

NPlot is an open source charting library for .NET. It boasts an elegant and flexible API. NPlot includes controls for Windows.Forms, ASP.NET and a class for creating Bitmaps.

We are pleased to announce our first post-Matt release :)

It's mainly a bugfix release with the codebase relicensed as BSD and with all the development infrastructure now hosted in sourceforge.net. The project wiki has been updated to reflect the new situation though there may be bits were information is still a bit inconsistent.

Main changes since 0.9.9.2:

* Codebase license changed to a 3-clause-BSD license (as approved by Matt Howlett).
* Folder layout reorganization.
* Added project files to ease multi-platform development.
* Added NPlot C++.Net demo application.
