Fixed [SF bug 1590992]

The Axis suggested in a few places wasn't handling properly the case when there is no data available. They now default to the same behavior as the other IAxisSuggester classes.

* [src/AdapterUtils.cs] AxisSuggester_StartStep, AxisSuggester_Auto and AxisSuggester_RowAuto were suggesting wrong axis if there were no data.
* [src/HistogramPlot.cs] SuggestXAxis: If there is no data, you can't use it to adjust the suggested axis.

Initial Comment:
When data.Count == 1 in 

public virtual void Draw(Graphics g, PhysicalAxis
xAxis, PhysicalAxis yAxis) in StepPlot class

then an exception is thrown. I think this is not
necessary. A single value should be handled by drawing
a simple horiznotal line.

no line should be shown at all.  The stepplot graphs the
deltas bewteen points.  There are no deltas between a point
and itself.

Fixed [SF bug 1469760]
A DataSource of one point in a StepPlot was causing a crash.
Now nothing is plotted when plotting one data point because there is now delta between a point and itself.  No delta means no steps to plot.

Note: The solution suggested in the bug report is wrong.

Initial Comment:
Is there a way to display a plot with the x-axis in 
the vertical direction, with increasing x values 
going from top to bottom, and the y-axis in the 
horizontal direction, with increasing y values going 
from left to right?  Please let me know if NPlot 
currently has this feature.

This is infact a bug.
If the lineplot xaxis data is held constant then the plot
does not display a vertical line of data (as expected).  It
appears that the axis is not being scaled properly.

The functionality of plot is OK because if you set the World
axis values manually the plot appears as expected

When x-axis has a span of 0 units the plot was not being displayed correctly.
This fix assigns a minimum span value in the case where the actual span is 0.

wanted to alert that you there is a little problem in
datetimeaxis.cs, line 322. The constructor for the
DateTime should take worldMonDate.Minutes for its fifth
constructor. This causes all kinds of strangeness when
using the date axis. Just a small problem. Thanks for
the great work.

converts float -> int -> float
before returning.  This clips values for very large

Summary: Changing x-y Plot Orientation

Initial Comment:
Is there a way to display a plot with the x-axis in 
the vertical direction, with increasing x values 
going from top to bottom, and the y-axis in the 
horizontal direction, with increasing y values going 
from left to right?  Please let me know if NPlot 
currently has this feature.

This is infact a bug.
If the lineplot xaxis data is held constant then the plot
does not display a vertical line of data (as expected).  It
appears that the axis is not being scaled properly.

The functionality of plot is OK because if you set the World
axis values manually the plot appears as expected

Initial Comment:
When data.Count == 1 in 

public virtual void Draw(Graphics g, PhysicalAxis
xAxis, PhysicalAxis yAxis) in StepPlot class

then an exception is thrown. I think this is not
necessary. A single value should be handled by drawing
a simple horiznotal line.
