Summary: RubberBandSelection zooming not correct

Initial Comment:
If make a RubberBandSelection.
If there are no actually points in the region that you are zooming in on, the result is not correct, the zooming area is empty.

Please see my old bug report No:1601158, there found screenshots and an example code.
